Overall objective of the project

The legislature has specified in § 17 of the Plant Protection Act of 06.02.2012 that for areas that are intended for the general public, belong especially public parks and gardens, green areas in public buildings, publicly accessible sports courts including golf courses, school and kindergarten grounds, playgrounds, cemeteries and areas in the immediate vicinity of healthcare facilities. The Institute examines the case of legal requirements and explains his behavior to the BVL.
