Processing of the activities planned for the JKI in the PoC-DiKa project.

• Literature research and empirical determination and identification of current relevant strains of bacterial and fungal pathogens, genotype selection
• Laboratory-scale infection trials, establishment of the inoculation methodology
• Validation and verification and performance comparison of the molecular biological laboratory methods qPCR and DNA barcoding in comparison to the methods developed in the project, development and design of the sampling strategy for testing relevant practical samples in potato storage to verify the methodology in real environments
• Preparation of reports and presentations, publications in specialist journals, presentations at specialist conferences.
• Support in project coordination and reporting to the funding body
